Beautiful Delights is an advertising and directory platform that allows adult independent service providers to create and manage promotional listings. The Platform provides tools for self-promotion only. Beautiful Delights does not facilitate, arrange, broker, or participate in any transactions, meetings, or services between providers and clients. All arrangements, if any, are entirely the responsibility of the individuals involved.
By accessing or using Beautiful Delights ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including providers and clients browsing the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. All providers are required to submit valid government-issued identification during registration to verify their age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently terminated.
Providers must complete the full registration process — including identity verification and payment of the registration fee — before their listings become active. Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content in their listings.
All listings are subject to admin review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our content guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Providers are independent individuals using this Platform for self-promotion. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of Beautiful Delights. The Platform has no involvement in, and accepts no responsibility for, any services a provider may offer or provide.
Provider access requires payment of a one-time registration fee and an ongoing monthly subscription fee. All payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions expire at the end of each paid period. A 3-day grace period is provided before listings are deactivated. It is the provider's responsibility to renew their subscription before expiration.
The following is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Beautiful Delights has a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The Platform is strictly for the self-promotion of consenting adults. We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies investigating trafficking or exploitation and will provide any information legally required to do so. Any account or listing suspected of being connected to trafficking will be immediately removed and reported to relevant authorities.
Client reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or reviews posted in exchange for any form of compensation are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines without notice.
Beautiful Delights is an advertising platform only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any provider's listing or any services they may offer. Any interaction between a provider and a client is entirely at their own risk and responsibility. Beautiful Delights is not a party to any arrangement between users and assumes no liability whatsoever for any outcome.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, submission of fraudulent identity documents, conduct harmful to other users or the Platform, or cooperation with law enforcement investigations. Terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any provider or the services they may offer.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beautiful Delights and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content on it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
